Actually my students all speak Spanish as their native language. They come from Mexico, Guatemala, Uruguay and Honduras. You had a good idea. I never thought of the audience. We did this for National Poetry Month and posted the projects on our blog http://thebrainwaves.us I will be getting a new group of students in September and I will definitely implement your suggestions.

Hi Bob!

The poetic plicks you uploaded are delightful. Just wondering if - in future - you would consider adding the text in the comment to each slide. I'm asking because I am asst. manager of World Teachers, where someone asked about resources for teaching literacy skills and English as a foreign / second language comes up regularly (see http://groups.msn.com/WorldTeachers/general.msnw?action=get_message&mview=0&ID_Message=4048&LastModified=4675660996227048673 or http://tinyurl.com/5gu9b5, for instance. With the text added in the notes to each slide, your poetic plicks would be even easier to use by non natives ;-)
